| Seller Notes: | “See pictures. A little fading at edges and spine. Light shelf wear with an occasional rub, and worn edge/corner. Overall the bindings are still quite handsome and clean. No writing or ownership marks/plates/etc. Many unopened pages. Occasional thumbing in Vol 1 (noticeably at back of title page and pages 9-10. Vol 4, red mark in margin of page 120. Volumes 7 & 8 have a moisture mark at the very bottom right corner (foreedge/bottom edge); this extends in a little over a cm at its worst, and often very little; the mark never gets anywhere near the text and is confined to the very corner region of the books. Vol. 8 has the same moisture intrusion at the gutter for the first 40 pages (in last picture).” |
